INTERVAL-Sandwich Walk, how exciting 🙂

  1. Start at medium walk pace (5 to 6 out of 10 effort) for 90 seconds
  2. Go into fast walk pace for 30 seconds
  3. After a one minute recovery there are four more intervals in the first segment of this lesson.  You are still going to go medium to fast to medium, but attention
  4. the fast part is going to get longer and longer…huhuuuuuuu
