here the run gains

-you have a 6 One-Minute Intervals ; one Minute recovery

1. Interval is 50Sec at a Medium pace and 10 Sec to a fast pace

2.Interval Subtract 10 Sec from the Medium pace and add it to the fast pace so you are Running for 40Sec at a Medium pace and 20 Second at a fast pace

Continue subtracting 10 from the Medium pace and adding it to the fast pace until you are Running the whole Minute at your fast pace
