Lie on your side in the fetal position with stacked ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders. Extend your arms straight out in front of you, one on top of the other.
Leaving your bottom arm on the ground, rotate your chest towards the ceiling, leading with your top arm. You should fell a gentle opening in your upper spine, pectoral, and bicep. Pause at the end of the movement to take several deep and relaxing breaths before returning to the starting position. repeat 8 to 10 times, then do the other side.
