How to do it:

Take a few breaths to become present. Empty out anything that may feel heavy or like it doesn’t belong. Take note of what’s left. Perhaps it is the feeling of being light, unburdened, free, grounded. Recognize these feelings as abundance. Let this feeling of abundance start to fill you up. Pour this abundance into the entire essence of your being and continue your day with that feeling :9
