GLUTES:

Imagine you are staying  „On a clock“

-Engage your coor and slightly bend your knees

-Tap one foot out to hit 3 o’clock-4 o’clock-5 o’clock and the end 6 o’clock

We want to hit all angles, all sides of your lovely booty. Feel it on the standing leg too

– Continue for 30 seconds then switch sides 🙂
