„Floating“ Childs Pose

Floating Childs Pose is actually a upper body strength connected with a deep Childs pose stretch

  1. INHALE tocome forward into a plank pose
  2. EXHALE to lower halfway
  3. INHALE to assume a high plank
  4. EXHALE and bend the knees to floating Childs pose. the Knees stay floating above the ground !

Its a core and arm-strengthener exercise 🙂
