13 Feb „Floating“ Childs Pose
Floating Childs Pose is actually a upper body strength connected with a deep Childs pose stretch
- INHALE tocome forward into a plank pose
- EXHALE to lower halfway
- INHALE to assume a high plank
- EXHALE and bend the knees to floating Childs pose. the Knees stay floating above the ground !
Its a core and arm-strengthener exercise 🙂
