Train your ABS functionally…I know you are thinkin^‘ abs when we do crunches on the ground but we are really thinking of balance, that’s what helps you stand on one foot and move throughout your life.

This is FUNCTIONAL ABS TRAINING ! Try three rounds of 30 seconds on each side. Keep your eyes focused on one point to help avoid wobbling, and if you are feeling good add little jump !
