-Lay on your back, hands and elbows on the side behind your head

ONE LEG straight up above the floor

ONE LEG 90% bend above the floor

Rotate at the very top, firing up those obliques – Continue on the same side for 30 Sec, then switch side

MODIFICATION: ONE LEG on the floor
